Terms of Service

1. Services

ClawSetup provides done-for-you setup services for OpenClaw AI assistants. Our services include VPS provisioning, OpenClaw installation, configuration, security hardening, and follow-up support as specified in your selected package.

2. Payment

All prices are in US Dollars (USD). Payment is required before work begins. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout.

3. Delivery

We aim to deliver your configured AI assistant within 24 hours of receiving your completed intake form. Complex custom setups may require additional time, which we will communicate in advance.

4. Your Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information in your intake form
• Maintain your own AI provider subscription (Claude, OpenAI, etc.)
• Pay ongoing VPS hosting costs (approximately $5.50/month for Hetzner)
• Use the service in compliance with applicable laws

5. Support

Support is included for the duration specified in your package (14-30 days). Support covers issues related to our setup work. It does not cover changes to your AI provider's service, VPS provider issues, or modifications you make after delivery.

6. Ownership & Access

You own your VPS and all data on it. After delivery, we remove our access unless you request ongoing support. You receive all credentials and documentation needed to manage your setup independently.

7. Limitation of Liability

ClawSetup provides setup services only. We are not responsible for the ongoing operation of your AI assistant, your AI provider's availability, your VPS provider's uptime, or any business decisions made based on your AI assistant's output.

8. OpenClaw

ClawSetup is not affiliated with OpenClaw. OpenClaw is open-source software with its own license terms. We provide setup services for this software but do not develop or maintain OpenClaw itself.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
